With well over a decade of corporate administration experience, a background in strength and conditioning coaching, and a deep personal connection to Australia’s veteran community, I bring a diverse and grounded perspective to The Youth Regiment.

For the last 15 years I have proudly supported my husband throughout his military career and post service transition which has shaped my passion for the wellbeing of veterans and their families. Service, resilience, and community care have been central themes in our lives for as long as I can remember. My commitment to this space is also personal, with my own brother serving in the Royal Australian Navy for 15 years.

Before joining The Youth Regiment, I owned and operated a Strength & Conditioning studio, coaching members to foster confidence, discipline, and physical capability. Today, fitness remains a core part of my life, and I’m proud to model healthy routines and resilience for my two primary aged children, often training alongside them and weaving our Regiment values into our everyday family life.

As a mother, I understand firsthand the joys, challenges, and constant juggle that come with raising a young family all whilst balancing school, work and everything in between. This perspective allows me to truly empathise with the parents we engage with and to advocate for our program that support families as a whole, not just the young people within them.

I believe that when a young person grows stronger, so does the family around them. Seeing families strengthen, reconnect, and thrive alongside their children is what inspires me most.
