As a veteran-owned, expert-led team, they bring together decades of lived experience, community leadership, and industry collaboration. Each founder plays a unique role, but together they stand united in their commitment to family first values, early intervention through education, and long-term support—ensuring every participant not only completes the program but continues to thrive well beyond it.

At The Youth Regiment, the Phoenix is more than just a part of our logo—it’s a powerful symbol of transformation, resilience, and new beginnings. This legendary bird, known for rising from its own ashes, perfectly reflects the journey our teens undertake: overcoming challenges, embracing change, and emerging stronger than ever.
For our teens, the Phoenix represents the journey they take with us: stepping out of their comfort zone, facing obstacles with courage, and discovering the strength within themselves to start anew.
